Beware! Awful experience

This shipment was a disaster from the start. I paid more for "BKK Transport" because they had better ratings than some cheaper bids on uShip. What a mistake. "Iam" at BKK was hands-down awful. His lack of communication was miserable and nerve-wracking for us. When we did get in touch with him, he acted as if we were bothering him. The cars did not deliver in the timeframe "promised" and one of our cars had a new major dent not recognized by any of the "trusted drivers." Ntot to mention the pleasent phone call after leaving negative feedback to the listing. Iam and his assistant called harassing me saying I had no manners and that "they can't please everyone." First and last time I'll use BKK.

Customer was Rude and not friendly when he called us.How that come he choose us as very good company like other customers they did and after delivery we became worst company for him .We did good job that he does not appreciated and he is not happy for one reason ,he wants big discount for no reason. We did what we promised . Vehicles was picked up and delivered within the promised times frame. If the actually case is the “new major dent“ why he didn't ask us to provide insurance or file a claim. It just doesn't make sense. When we call him to solve the problem he said IF WE FIND THE WAY TO GIVE HIM $300 DISCOUNT he will remove the feedback . Looks like this review is posted with one hope - to get a DISCOUNT. And he has a good experience doing that. Ridiculous!
