Poor Comm., 6 days late, damaged, no bill of lading

BDZ Motor Transport, Inc./Sea to Sky Motors picked up a track loader that I purchased in Florida on 7/20/09. Est. Delivery was on 7/25/09. The machine finally arrived on 7/31/09. Management was deceitful as far as when it would arrive. They would not communicate with me nor the transport broker on the last few days. When it did arrive, the back window was not attached and the driver had no bill of lading to indicate if the window was that way before he picked the machine up. The transport broker whom I was dealing with, indicated that they will not be using this company in the future.
My message to BDZ management and owner: Isn't it easier and less stressful to work with happy and satisfied customers rather than angry and pissed off customers? If you can't manage the company, which is proven by all your poor reviews, then hire someone who can.
Beware. These kind of companies usually fail pretty quick, or they end up changing their business name and try it again.
