Avenderle was the first transport service that I had ever used. Numerous companies contacted me with quotes after an initial online inquiry; however, Avenderle was the only one that also supplied information on automobile shipping tips and suggestions regardless of whether or not I used their service. Sheila Paquette also took the time to answer all of my questions and work with me during a very hectic move across the country with the Army. The pickup date was six days past the available date; however, it took us awhile to drive out West and we didn't need the second car right away, so that was not an issue. The July 4th holiday as well as the heat wave/power outages in the East may have played a role. The car did arrive a day earlier than estimated, and in good condition. I did end up paying an additional $100 for a carrier that was going out of their way, but Sheila contacted me beforehand to clear the deal and explain my options. Working with Sheila eased my mind, and made this a very positive experience for me and my family.
