My initial contact with this company was great. Their customer rep was extremely nice and helpful but when the actual transport occurred - the pick up was not as they said it was. And delivery - they picked it up at the end of March and it still hasn't reached it's destination, it's April 13th. When we inquired about it, customer service was more like customer disservice. ASK FOR A CONTRACT BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING AND READ IT.

They contracted it to another carrier - Blue Bonnet Auto Transporter out of Austin, Texas. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY ALSO HAVE CUSTOMER DISSERVICE.

Pay more, get better service. Used FEDEX or one of the big guys. These smaller operations have no accountability.
