I have worked with Debbie many years. She has always been fair with employees, and kind. the advise I would give any potential employees is to be honest with her. she respects honesty because its a value she embraces herself. Also, don't hide from work. if you work hard and are honest you will be treated with utmost respect.
bring her any ideas and suggestions. she will listen. if she likes it she will do it and she will congratulate you. there is room for growth for people she finds worthy of trust. if you hear someone spreading rumors, be the one that puts a stop to it. if you hear someone putting down an employee put a stop to it. if you hear someone putting down the company in a non productive way, put a stop to it. she admires those qualities very much. be the person that does good for the company and other employees, and she will know about it. somehow she always knows who those people are. warning, don't be a whiner or complainer. you can come to her with a complaint and she'll listen and try to correct it, but don't let her hear about whining and complaining through the grapevine. she'll lose trust and respect for you.
