I got my refund from Automotive Transport, Inc of $125. Even though it was a non refundable deposit it was still given to me. It was unfortunate it did not work out, I know they tried hard to get my car shipped. Things like this are bound to happen at least once with every shipping company. They still have a great service from what I read in the reviews.

PREVIOUS REVIEW (Prior To Company Response)
I scheduled for my car to be picked up 12/03/03 and now is 1/5/04 and is still has not been picked up. I contacted them and is always the same story “we are working very hard in getting your car scheduled.” I choose this company for the great reviews but it seems I have bad luck. Something is telling me they don’t care much about delivering my car since they got there non refundable deposit of $125. It seems that I will have to contact another shipping company to have my car shipped is this goes on for another week.

I have emailed Danny and advised him that we have added $50 to the transport rate from our funds to help with the scheduling of his vehicle. We have also advised him that should he locate another carrier to transport his car we will return his deposit to him.
