I contacted AutoLog on Friday, 1/13/12, after cancelling a transportation order with a competitor. AutoLog stated they could pick up my car at my home in Westchester County, NY, on Tuesday, 1/17 (following the Monday, 1/16 holiday) and ship it to West Palm Beach, FL on Thursday, 1/19, for arrival between 1/24 and 1/26. All dates were met and the car arrived in WPB on Tuesday, 1/24, in perfect condition. Could not have asked for better, more prompt service. I was extremely pleased with AutoLog's responsiveness, especially after the problems I had with the competitor.
