Shady and Unprofessional!

In my previous review I did not know why my daughter's car was smoking when Autoline delivered my daughter's car at 1:00 a.m. I had the car towed to a mechanic because is was not drivable once it was delivered. The mechanic stated that there was a hole in the oil pan, that had been covered with duct tape and all the oil leaked out so therefore the engine locked up and has to be replaced.

In response to my previous review, Nathan Hunt stated that he refunded me $50.00. WOW! How generous of him!! I'm submitting my claim, along with a letter from my mechanic who looked at the car the day before we left for California, which states the car was in excellent running condition, as well as two estimates.

I'm hoping that this company will do the lawful thing and pay for the damages they caused. All I've heard from this company is how my daughter singed the bill of lading (which we have yet to received a copy) at 1:00 a.m., under duress, so they are not responsible.

I'm warning you if you do decide to use this company, never sign anything, especially at 1:00 a.m.!

My daughter was so desperate to receive her car, after waiting 9 days, that they totally took advantage of her by delivering to a 19 year old college student, in the middle of the night.

Believe me, we NEVER agreed to a 1:00 a.m. delivery!
