Had some concerns about this transport service. My husband was relocated for his job and we flew across country but we needed to have our car sent to us. We were recommended to this service by his boss (his brother in law moved last year and used them and was very, very happy with them.)

They were so polite and helpful over the phone, even making suggestions about our move. They reassured us, provided information, insurance, etc. They were definitely on time and nothing was out of place when they delivered.

We did call a few other services who charged a lot more. This service was not only great to deal with, but well within our budget; they charged less than their competitors.

When they delivered, they called a few hours before hand, just to let us know that our vehicle was on its way and that we have nothing to be concerned about. They can really be a mentor for those who are in the customer service industry because they really know how to treat their customers.
