The worse experience-dishonest

I thought I was going to have a good service overall. Just to start...there is $200 deposit fee, where they clearly advertise no deposit fee!! Then a poor customer service from Heidi Hill only representative. Pick up was late and it has been more than a week and I still have no news from my car. Nobody has contacted me, Heidi send me over to Wonderful trucking services company... They are not knowledgeable of where the vehicles are and give you wrong delivery dates. Also I was told I was going to be contacted by manager to follow up on the status of my vehicle and nobody called me. When trying to contact Autoline, their offices were closed :s... At this point I'm concerned about my car or if it has to be report stolen to the police!!
