I made the arrangement with Autoline through the site after requesting a quote to transport my vehicle from California to Texas. A few hours later, I was sent an email showing the pickup and delivery dates. I paid the deposit via paypal to lock in the dates, and then was emailed the drivers contact information. The driver was very friendly on the phone and showed right on schedule for both pickup and to deliver my car. The car was a little bit dirty upon arrival, but other than that it was free of any damages. I thought the entire process was easy, from booking to the actual transport.
