Unresponsive and full of excuses!

After receiving several quotes to ship my car from Maryland to California, I chose to go with Autoline, after speaking with Heidi Hill. They reached out to me 2 weeks early, saying that they had a truck and charged me a $175 deposit and told me not to worry about the dates, as the driver always did my route. A deposit should not be charged until a driver is actually dispatched. I was told my vehicle would be picked up on 3/4 or 3/5. On 3/8, after numerous emails and un-returned calls, they still had no idea when they would find a driver and blamed it on weather, the area, the time of year, etc. After 5 days of waiting for a driver, with absolutely nothing but excuses, I decided to fire Autoline and find another company to work with. The new company had a driver for me within 3 days. On 3/9 I received an email from Autoline stating that my refund would be credited back in 3-9 business days. Today is 4/7 and I have yet to see my refund. I have left several messages and sent multiple emails to Heidi Hill, as well as the service team and no one will respond to me. I now have to dispute my charges through my credit card company. Steer clear of this company!
