Very Disappointed

I am a Marine and I just came back from being stationed overseas for 3 years and I just wanted to ship my vehicle across country. I got many quotes but decided to go with this company, they had plenty of good reviews and I liked the price. After being in contact with Heidi, I decided to book. I contacted the company and was told someone should contact my dad within the next day or two. That was on a Tuesday, so everyday I called my dad he said no one contacted him. On Friday I called Heidi back and she didn't have an answer, she told me she would research and get back with me. Well she never called me back. Saturday I called because the website said they were open, nope they are closed. So Monday 6 days later I contacted the company and they still didn't have any answers, Heidi told me she would call me back. Never did! I called her back 3 hours later and all she could tell me was reasons as to why my vehicle was having problems. She told me because of location, the time of year and the size of my vehicle. Which to me makes no sense because I provided all of that information at the time of booking. Now all of a sudden she tried telling me the price would have to go up but could never tell me when my vehicle would be picked up. Thats all I wanted to know is when could my vehicle be picked up. So after dealing with her and her frustration at my vehicle I decided to cancel my order and go with another company that was only $50 more.
