Delivery was okay, but unresponsive customer service (overcharged me)

I used Autoline to ship my car from Virginia to California at the end of January 2012. I was quoted a fee of $1,099, which I thought was reasonable and decided to use their service. The actual pick-up of my car was delayed for a few days, but Heidi, the customer service rep, was very good about trying to figure out why my car hadn't been picked up. Alex, the driver was very communicative and delivered my car in California on time. However, when it came time to pay the remainder of the invoice to the driver, Autoline charged me an extra $100 of my quoted fee of $1,099. When I contacted the customer service rep, Heidi, about this, she had told me that her manager had made a mistake and would reimburse me the $100 overcharge if I paid the driver the remainder of the incorrect $1199 amount.

Since January, I have called Autoline multiple times about reimbursement and have been promised a check in the mail, however it's been almost four months and I have yet to receive payment.

Although my car was delivered in good condition and on time, the hassle and delay with this overcharged billing would deter me from using Autoline again or recommending this company to my friends or family.
