Michelle is an angel! After reading tons of horrible reviews about shippers, carriers I was fearful of having to coordinate sending a car to my daughter in Michigan. Michelle was very patient and reassuring about the process-- which turned out exactly the way you want it to go, without a hitch! The carrier they used is one that they have used for many years. The carrier communicated as they said they would and at the end, the car was delivered in perfect condition!
