I hired this company to transport my car from NY to TX. The day of the pick up they did not show up and I called them to find out the status. They said they will call back but never returned a call. I had a flight the next day at 10 am to TX and this "company" sent me a email at 7pm the night prior to tell me they could not transport my car. Good thing I had a friend who could of drove my car and I paid him to drive my car. The crazy part is they blocked my number and refused to refund my money which I paid full in advance. I had to use Google voice to generate a number and called them which it went to their automated system. When I called them week and 2 days later the scammers told me that they never canceled the order and still on list to be scheduled. I told them my car has already been transported and doesn't need their service anymore. The woman scammer I spoke to said they are refunding me full amount I paid and even sent a 2nd email. I called my bank today 1/11/2021 to find out if they are seeing any transaction from this scammer company and they said they are not seeing anything. I disputed the charge and my bank is investigating this scammer company and I also have filed a complaint with the government that regulates moving companies. They have sent these scammers a letter stating that they need to cooperate or face fines. They ignored their request. Tomorrow I will be contacting the government agency again and explain to them what this scammer company did and see if they can revoke their licenses. Will also call TX AG office to file a criminal complaint since this is theft. I would suggest to stay away from this scammer company.
