My contact was made mostly through Andrea Gallagher/AutoStar. She was knowledgable and professional in the transaction as I was not familiar with the process. Past purchases through dealerships had always handled the shipping. This particular dealer did not offer the shipping details. After talking to Andrea, not only was the quote less than two other competitors but the service was Outstanding.

At the get go, the process was explained and executed seamlessly. I have bought several auto's online and this process can be very scary due to scams and uncertain individuals in this business, but I am so very happy that trust and professionlism can still be found and counted upon.

Once Andrea had secured a potential pick up date she immediately locked in the pick up and arranged the details with a carrier to ship to Hawaii. I had my truck within 10 days. That is amazing, I will without hesitating seek the shipping services of AutoStar Transport in ALL of my Auto Shipping within the States.
