regarding shipping vehicle

The car was picked up by a driver named Eddie delivered the car about 6 days later about 2 days after he said he would the mileage on the car was in dispute for some reason never posted on the bill of lading and the car shows up with purple glitter all over candy wrappers mcdonald straw wrappers womens hair on the rear carpeting took pics of all the debris left behind car was obviously used after picked up called and complained 10 min after delivery do not use

I am sorry that Mr. Vorchheimer felt his transport was unsatisfactory, however, I would like to set the record straight on a few things. The carrier, Westcoast Cargo, has a 100% rating on the national network of transporters, and picked up Mr. Vorchheimer's vehicle on his first available release date and delivered in 6 days on a route that is typically 5 to 7. When the vehicle was delivered, Mr. Vorchheimer asked Eddie if he could contact him directly the next time he moved his vehicle. If the transport was unsatisfactory, why would he make such a request? When Eddie told him that he would need to call us first, Mr. Vorchheimer contacted us claiming there was glitter and gum wrappers in the backseat, and requested that we call Eddie and demand he return the $550 cost of transport and open an insurance claim. We explained to Mr. Vorchheimer that we could not honor this request, and that no insurance company would open a claim against a carrier for such a reason. Mr. Vorchheimer proceeded to call our office daily for a week, changing and embellishing his story each time, and has had an average call time of 40 minutes per call. We have been very accommodating to Mr. Vorchheimer throughout this lengthy process, and it is unfortunate that he now chooses to write a negative review for AutoStar.
