Mary is an excellent customer service and really helped during the whole process. It took a while to find out a carrier, but always Mary provide me feedback and assistance. The only incident occurred when Mary was out and the person who supposed to contact me during her absence failed to do it. Otherwise, just great!!! Mary is an asset for the company!!!
