Im in the military, and I was shipping my 2nd vehicle (1st one military pay for) from Hawaii to Colorado. That is why it is pricey. I wasnt complaining b/c its costed me $2000 to get it there. I had to take my car to the port, its only 20 min away. Autostar had already sent all my car info to the port and I was in and out in all of 10 min. Quick and painless! I was available to check online and/or call the company directly and my vehicle arrived ahead of schedule at the front door. I was dirty b/c they had to travel thru rain and snow, but didnt matter to me. All in all, vehicle was in one piece, same way I shipped it, NO CLAIMS was needed, they keep me notified the entire time, IM VERY SATISFIED!!
