Placed my order on 12/13/10 & car was picked up in the evening of 12/15/10. Was very happy w/the speed of response with the short time line I provided. Both Mark & Sofia were professional and responsive to my inquires/questions. I even received a follow up call after the car was delievered (I think about 4-5 days after-not 100% sure) to make sure everything went ok upon delivery. I however was not a fan of the payment options (Credit Card up front & rest due upon delivery in cashiers check/money order) - I wanted to prepay the whole thing on a credit card, which they let me do, but charged me an additional 3.5%.
