Aloha, all. I NEVER write review but actually I wrote one about Autostar just awhile ago because they gave really commendable service. My car is a Toyota fully electric EV and has been parked at Matson Navigation Lines in Long Beach CA for over 10 days. mostly because the Matson port does not know how to handle an electric vehicle. EVERY day or even twice a day the Mark at Autostar has been on the phone with Matson Reps to get my car moving. This type of service from Autostar is above and beyond any normal service from any company and I would strongly advise anyone shipping a vehicle to just forget about searching for other companies and call them up and go with them.
