I needed to transport an older car out to my daughter for college. I didn't wnat her driving across country, but wanted her to have access to the car at school. I tried contacting a number of car carriers. AutoStar was the first to call back. Mary collected my information and told me she needed some time to see if they could arrange the trip. She said she would call back by 5:00. At 5:05, Mary called back saying she was still working on it. The next day she provided a quote that was within my range and a date range for pick up. I contacted the driver and he arranged for pick up on the first day in the range provided by Mary. The driver called me when enroute to my house for the pick up so I didn't have to wait around. He delivered the car as promised on the other end. This was a painless evolution. I chose to call AutoStar based on the reviews I read and have not regretted it. I am posting this to suggest you do the same.
