Mary also had excellent follow through, both in Iowa at the origin of the shipment and in Arizona, with the recipient. I was skeptical, distrustful, and anxious about the process. Mary R was patient and persistent notwithstanding how difficult I was. Further, she arranged for a great driver, gave him direct contact information for both myself and my daughter (to whom he was delivering the vehicle). Mary exhibited outstanding attention to detail by contacting me personally a few days before pickup and then within hours of the pickup and gave me the driver's name and cell # so there was very good communication all the way around. In the end, the vehicle was picked up near my home, driven straight through to Phoenix, and driven right to my daughter's apartment! Pick up and delivery right on time and Door to Door service for $650 with no damage at all. A huge thanks to Mary R.!
