My overall experience was okay. The contractor that set up everything was extremely helpful and had excellent customer services. The driver that picked up my car had an issues getting to the car at first and customer services was less than what I expected. However, as the day went on the experience got better. My car arrived earlier than expected and everyone was very helpful.
