Let me begin by complimenting the entire AutoStar staff on a job well done getting my son’s car from college in Indiana to California with tight deadlines due to final exam schedules. Shipping a car is stressful under any circumstance but was further complicated when three days into the pickup schedule we got blindsided by a death in the family. Things were looking bleak on all fronts, but the AutoStar staff led by Mark, Mary, Mike and Keyla put on a full court press to find a trucker to take our car. On Day 5 a carrier was confirmed and the car picked up within 48 hours. It was smooth sailing from there and the car was delivered six days later in California. AutoStar went the extra mile here and provided us support when we needed it most. I won’t hesitate to use their services for the return trip.
