i had matson booking #5133114 and my vehicle tracking # was 89141-GX. the representative i dealt with on the phone was very helpful and really wanted me to be satisfied with their service. she had a tough time finding a carrier that would take my big truck across the country for a fair price, but she didn't give in to their demands trying to get more money out of her, and ultimately me. she was very good about calling me every couple of days to keep me informed of what was going on, as this lasted for a few weeks because of a blizzard and then the holidays. after the pickup was made though, everything went very smoothly, and my truck arrived exactly when they said it would looking exactly how i remembered it. i would without a doubt use them again!
