Slow out of the gate, but photo finish

I am a repeat customer with this auto shipping broker. They recently arrange for the shipping of a 1964 Chevy II Station Wagon I had bought on E-bay. The e-bay transaction had been completed rather quickly, so shipment of the vehicle was the next step. After getting a few competitor quotes, I chose AutoStar Transport to help me arrange shipment of the vehicle.
The broker was low balling the shipping price a little bit at first, but when my customer service representative realized I needed the vehicle shipped soon, they got on the stick and upped their offer for the shipper from their deposit - and grabbed a shippers attention rather quickly. I appreciate their efforts in making customer satisfaction a significant part of their business, and will continue to do business with them in the future. I highly reccomend talking with them before using another broker - you may be surprised what they are willing to do to meet or beat the competition.
