ok...so we have all heard the horror stories with car transports. i check auto star's reviews and just went with my gut. i spoke to mark and paid my deposit. i called 7 days before my first available pick-up. mark said it should not be a problem, but that could have been a "song and dance" sales pitch. I called twice for an update, but no shipping company had yet to pick up the request. One day before I received an e-mail that my car was dispatched. On the first available day for pick up, my car was picked up on time. The person from whom I bought the car called me and said the driver was very nice and that I got lucky. I was in contact the driver the whole time and my car arrive 2 days later - to me that was SUPER fast. I was expecting it 2 days later. Thanks to AutoStar for helping me out. No regrets and I will use them in the future if there is a need.
