Hi Teri, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you had a great experience with our salesperson and that they were able to assist you throughout the process. That said, after reviewing our records using the information associated with this review, we were only able to locate a quote request and do not see a completed transport order in our system. Because of this, we are unable to verify the details regarding the carrier breakdown or any pricing adjustments that may have occurred. We always strive to provide accurate pricing information and transparent communication, and we take concerns about rate changes seriously.
