I'm glad so many others had a good experience with this company; I did not. Manny gave me a 5-day window in which AutoStar would find a carrier. Once I paid my deposit (well in advance of the 5-day window), the communication ceased from AutoStar, and the only way I was able to obtain updates was to initiate contact with them. In the end, they left me without transport services in conjunction with an out-of-state move, and Number 1 Auto Transport came through at the last minute for us. The difference in the level of communication and overall service between AutoStar and Number 1 was night and day with Number 1 being far superior in every aspect.
