We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when a pickup is delayed, especially when you're trying to coordinate schedules. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the $50 address-change fee, this charge is issued by the carrier when the pickup location is altered after dispatch, as it affects their routing and scheduling. We wish the customer well.
