I used Auto Star previously to ship a vehicle and used it again to ship a return vehicle. I requested a quote online, providing all the necessary information required and did not receive an accurate initial quote. After talking with Auto Star and working with Mary English, we were able to work out the misunderstanding and mis-quote and I decided to go ahead and use the company. They were willing to work with my schedule and the carrier used previously. Mary was very pleasant to work with. She tried to work with original quote, and when that proved impossible, reduced the price on the broker side. Most importantly, Mary was looking to fit my schedule. The vehicle arrived in good condition, just under 4 days after pickup. The carrier, From Here to There, was also pleasant to work with and seemed to have a good relationship with AutoStar.
