Unhappy with Tow Service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my car towed from one location to another, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The entire process left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and warn others about the lack of professionalism and care. First and foremost, the communication from the towing company was abysmal. I had to wait for an extended period of time before receiving any updates on the status of my car. The lack of transparency and clear information about the process only added to my frustration and anxiety. It is essential for a company in the towing industry to communicate. Hired 2/19/24. Upon hiring, expressed I need the car delivered by 2/20/24. No problem. We can take care of this. Only to find the process is days on end. I was told the other tow truck did not have the appropriate insurance, etc. Then contacted 2/21/24 to say delivery would be the following day. Multiple calls and confirmations. I called on 2/22/24 to find out company that contracted will delivery another 24 hours later. Furthermore, when I did manage to get in touch with customer service, the representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. I expected a certain level of empathy and willingness to assist, but instead, I was met with indifference. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions without genuinely caring about the impact their service had on their customers. Overall, my experience with this car towing service was nothing short of disappointing.
