When I called, I asked if this was the direct to the company Auto Star. not a broker. They told me my car would be in Florida by the weekend. However, after they took the initial deposit (brokers fee) they were unable to give me a date when the car would be picked up. It was very stressful.it was a broker and the request was sent to a third party. The good news is that the third party was a decent person who really tried to accommodate my car. Unfortunately, a snowstorm came, I didn't get my car until a week later. The actual company was great, but Auto star was just a $295 referral fee.
