When I first started researching transport companies, I was really worried about using one. I read so many bad reviews and heard about so many bad experiences. I am so glad I went with AutoStar. They did a really good job of making themselves available (a major complaint of many bad reviews), they had an excellent rating on the BBB website and they were very professional. I made these arrangements for my boss so I was extra neurotic about everything and Mary took it in stride (She gladly redid my contract when I discovered a spelling error). I needed the car moved from California to Michigan as fast as possible; Mary made it happen when other companies told me it couldn't be done and she did it for less money. The only thing that I could even consider slightly negative was the fact that AutoStar had some work done on their communications system right after the car was picked up so there was one weekday they were closed. This one day closure was completely inconsequential and they got back to me the very next day. Everyone needs to update their systems sometimes so this was not a big deal and it in no way affected the actually transport of the car. My boss was really happy with the condition of the car when it arrived. He said the driver was extremely courteous and professional (This was a big relief for me as I had just started my job and this was one of my first assignments). This was overall a really good experience. I wholeheartedly recommend AutoStar and I would definitely use them again.
