Demetri (my transport coordinator) and Vlad (driver) were all very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I did not have any issues with communication and both pick-up and drop off were very smooth and my car arrived in the same condition it had left in. Because the pick-up was in a less populated location, it did take about 4 days after my first available pick-up date for an available transporter, but the car was delivered from across the country in just a little less than one week. I really appreciated Vlad going out of his way to pick-up my car when I explained that delaying another day would be difficult for us, and he was very kind, communicative, and understanding about it, making a pick-up late at night to help me out. Overall, Autostar had competitive prices of the services I researched and was reliable with great service. I would definitely recommend their services!
