Representative didnt follow through

Overall I was happy with the service BUT Juan did not follow up directly with the booking confirmation nor the bill of lading, I had to request these. At the port I was requested to come back 1.5 hours later simply because they were going to lunch and Juan had not previously sent the booking confirmation; they graciously held the door open as I waited for Juan to send the booking confirmation, he assured me to relax, all will be okay, but he wasnt in my situation. That could have been sent well in advance. Same as with the bill of lading; because this wasnt sent I could not fill out my tax forms for pick up and since it was the weekend, I couldnt get any help. I was a matter of hours from boarding the plane before I got this information. Again it could have been sent in advance. You think you paid for these services but clearly I had to do the work for him
