The price was decent. The communication was poor. Multiple days passed before i knew what day my vehicle was being transported. Then I spent several hours waiting to hear back from the driver who told me he was a couple of hours away and then 20 mins. and after calling the drivers boss, I found out that he was an hour and a half away. Then I was promised that the driver would meet me at 7am and he did not show up until 7:31am. Which made me late for work. Something was also missing from the vehicle which had been confirmed to be in it when it was picked up the auto shop.

We dispatched the vehicle on the Monday (2 business days) and with a 24-hour notice for you before pickup. Although our carriers always try to keep schedule, sometimes traffic, weather, or other factors outside of their control can cause small delays. We apologize for the 31 minute delay at delivery and any inconvenience caused. We were not been made aware of any items stored inside the vehicle before, during, or after this transport or even a few days after when our customer service team made a courtesy call to you and were told everything went well and you were happy with the service.
