Everything was great though there was some miscommunication. When I scheduled the date for “pickup” I thought it was the day the driver was coming, apparently this was the first day they would start looking for a driver. Because of this my car was not picked up until AFTER I had already flown to my new destination. ( 4 days after the original scheduled “pickup” date) which moving across country is already stressful enough. when I spoke to customer service they told me to “just leave my keys with a neighbor”, which I don’t have, and I think was kind of a fault on the company for just assuming people have neighbors they are willing to give the keys to their vehicle to. this would have all been avoided had it been communicated clearly that the pickup date was not an actual solid pickup date.
