I needed to have a truck transported rather quickly and around the holiday season from Texas to Nebraska and had never hired a transport company. After scouring the online reviews of reputable transport companies I settled on AutoStar Transport. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! My customer service representative names Nick S. did an outstanding job with walking me through the process. They had easy to follow instructions and even helped correspond a change in plans after the dealership I was working with needed more time to prepare the truck. The transport driver was extremely friendly and communicated with me an approximate time of arrival. The delivery was seamless and on time with absolutely no issues at drop off. I would HIGHLY recommend using AutoStar Transport Express to any first timers or experienced shippers of automobiles or trucks!
