I was stranded out of state and needed to get my car towed home. Found this site and they connected with a local group what would tow it. Not until an hour before the truck arrived when I Called them did they bother to tell me they wouldn’t take me as well. I totally get that there are rules about this but I specifically put in my request that I needed transportation and that was ignored when they set me up with this service. It also isn’t stated anywhere that because they are a Transport Service and not a Tow Service, they only move cars and not people. Because of this reason, I was not happy with the communication with this company. The tow driver was a very polite guy who apologized about the rules even though it’s not his fault the company didn’t tell me they wouldn’t take me. So I had to make my own arrangements home which was another very large expense.
