i must say that i was hesitant to use such a service as i had never done so before and the whole idea, while perfectly suitable for our need, made me nervous. From the first interaction to the last, Autostar was excellent. all the people and the communication was spot - on every step of the way. Tony S who was my primary agent took ownership of the relationship from day One and he along with the support team delivered beautifully putting my mind at ease so my wife and i could relax and enjoy the cross country trip we had dreamed of doing for many years. also, the driver they selected was very professional and reliable too. he communicated well and was dependable. i will not hesitate to use AutoStar transport again! thanks to the whole team!
