I give AutoStar Transport and Sofia Wolf in particular 5 stars from start to finish for transport of my car from NC to WA. I had never done this before, was extremely nervous about it. Sofia took the time to explain the process, never once pressured me or used scare tactics as other companies definitely did. She answered my calls, my questions and concerns with a smile i could feel on the phone line. She did not rush me, in fact, she encouraged me to take the time i needed to decide and prepare for shipment. The quote remained valid for 2 weeks, not 1 or 2 days as with other companies. The price she quoted was significantly better than other companies (like $500 less!) and she gave a 3 day window for pickup that she couldn't guarantee, but thought was very probable. (Other companies said 8-10 days, and told me the car would end up never getting picked up iwith a lower quote) Sofia DID get a driver within the window and kept me well informed of progress. The driver called to arrange pickup within hours and was a pleasure to work with. Truly remarkable to have my car picked up close to my home and delivered 3,000 miles away at my new home, in great condition. I highly praise Sofia and AutoStar. Thank you
