The company was telling me one thing when i finally got ahold of the driver he told me a diffrent thing. I recieved a voice mail telling me i get it Thursday and i didnt get my car until the fallowing Monday, and only because the driver busted his butt to get here because my son had a dr's apt. 3 hours away because of a special need he has. I had no transpertation and he felt bad. I dont think ill recommend this company because even when i called DAILY to see where my car was all i heard was exscuses why it wasnt delivered to me already. No location no really time when to exspect it nothing. Read the fine print is all i have to say because i was told it would take 4 to 7 days it took 11

I am sorry Jamie feels like she received conflicting information, however, that was not the case. Coast to coast transport takes 7-10 days from the time the vehicle is picked up, and this is what Jamie was told at the time she placed her order, in addition to the fact that carriers' timetables are subject to delays due to weather conditions, traffic and mechanical issues. We were completely upfront and honest about the nature of the industry, in order that she had realistic expectations. She placed the order on June 30th and made the first available pick up date July 2nd. On the 30th, the same day she placed the order, the vehicle was dispatched and subsequently picked up on her first available date. The driver did have a slight delay of which Jamie was made aware, and the vehicle was delivered 1 day later than expected. She was NEVER told 4 to 7 days - that is simply not true. We do our best to accommodate the needs of each and every person, and it is unfortunate that Jamie feels the need to malign AutoStar's name for a 1 day delay on the part of this driver.
