Juan was very helpful and professional. Another person even called afterwards to make sure things went okay. Only reason I’m taking away a star is because there was miscommunication on their end and my car was picked up & delivered later than discussed. Turns out, they had accidentally canceled my order without leaving voicemails. However, Juan was very diligent, communicative and resolved it immediately. They even offered to get it picked up the same day. I would recommend these guys. They are respectful and will work with you to meet your needs. I’m going to believe what happened was a fluke
