I had to send our hardly used 2003 Passat to our son who recently relocated to AZ from Japan. Our process with Carl was amazing, he was professional and kept me at ease when I felt nervous about the reviews I read on line. We kept our gas tank just below half a tank, recommended 1/4 of a tank. Transportation went smoothly.. but I am unsure why the next day after receiving our car the back tire went flat. Our son had all four tires replaced, all four tires had about 10,000 miles of life left. We were lucky to have the car transported in less than a week and a decent price.
