They quoted me one rate but on the 5th business day, called and said no one would do it at that rate. Charged me another $600. There was nothing I could do because I flew out to the new location already. Hauler came to pick it up on Saturday but couldn't leave because of error on paperwork. Didn't leave state until late Monday morning. Caused a delay in my receiving both vehicles. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We are very sorry for the delay in locating a suitable carrier in the contracted time frame. As per the contract, customer was fully eligible for a refund after the 5 business days had passed. The contract is also very clear that after 5 days customer does have a choice to add additional funds to attract other carriers. This is the option the customer chose. We were able to locate a carrier that same day, and vehicle was picked up the very next day and delivered 2151 miles in just 4 short days. We thank for the customer for their feedback and wish them well.
