I never used a car hauler before so I had no idea what to expect. I received bids from a large number of haulers. I decided to go with Auto Star even though they were a little bit higher than the lowest bid. I used them because a couple of days after sending me their bid they followed up with a phone call and an offer to help in any way they could and they pointed out a number of places where I could find reviews of their service. After signing the contract the AutoStar people were extremely helpful. They confirmed and then reconfirmed the pick up and delivery dates. They coordinated the delivery time to insure the drop off was made before the shop, where the car was delivered, closed and they were extra helpful because the delivery was made on the day before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend AutoStar based on their excellent performance and caring customer support.
