We were very happy with all aspects of our minivan transport. From start of being picked up from our location. Everything was handled professionally. We were contacted before arrival date and time. Even before that we needed a closer time of pickup due to unforeseen tragedy in the family and everyone we contacted from customer service to the driver were so helpful and kind and understood our need and responded back to us quickly and helped answer our questions. We very much appreciated that considering we had so much going on. And with arrival of car. We had to call for inquiry of something and everyone was so helpful, kind and was able to get back to us with quick answers. The car was received in same condition as when it was picked up. The driver was professional but very kind as well. We definitely recommend the company for your transport needs. And pricing was good, competitive and best one we found. We trusted them completely. We have already gave their recommendation to our neighbor who needs to ship a car.
